Carol Rosso’s highly developed business perspective with regard to real estate is a major advantage for her clients, whether they are first-time buyers or experienced homeowners. In addition to being a Realtor for over a decade, she has owned her own accounting and real estate investment business since 1999, and has purchased and sold multiple personal and investment properties. Carol’s expertise transcends financial acumen, however, and includes marketing, negotiation, communication, analytical and project management skills. Her clients and colleagues alike consider her to be an inspiration and energizer when it comes to project planning and getting the job done.

When that job requires real estate, construction and other service professionals, Carol’s roster of experts has expanded throughout the years and is now second to none. She is dedicated to utilizing those contacts, and to channeling her knowledge, experience and expertise into satisfying the wants and needs of her clients.

Carol specializes in Bronx real estate. Although she was born in the Dominican Republic, she has been a Bronx resident since the age of eleven so she is intimately familiar not only with the borough’s real estate market, but also with its neighborhoods, schools, services and culture. From an investment perspective, she envisions the Bronx as the next Manhattan in the not too distant future. In fact, she notes there is already a significant amount of property purchasing and renovating going on, and she is always anxious to help her clients take advantage of the trend.

Carol’s benevolence extends beyond her clients, however. Constantly involved in non-profit work since the age of 19, she counsels youth, and she and her husband head their own charitable foundation dedicated to both local and global outreach. The mother of two, she loves traveling, people and experiencing various cultures.
